Helena is a teacher that moves from NYC to Canton, Illinois. Addison is a former Navy Seal turned handyman. When they literally run into each other sparks fly. There are many very hot sex scenes and plenty of dirty talk. Both of these characters have enormous issues. Addison suffers from PTSD because of his service in the military. Helena is self centered and immature. I liked them as a couple but I honestly found it hard to believe that they would make it long term. Addison will do anything to keep Helena. This is very sweet but also makes it seem like he's using her as a crutch. Helena wants an in charge alpha male that takes control but she gets mad when Addison physically confronts his Navy buddy and friend about disrespecting her. The book ends with their HEA. It was a worth the read. I received an ARC to provide an honest review.Product details

Very well written book with great characters that draw you into their story and keeps you there until the very end!

I'm sorry to say, I didn't like this book near the end , the very first book was good ,but there were so many combined, that I really lost interest in the book.
I have a few a books from Ms. Hart and this one was right up there. Yea there were a few times when it got a bit cheesy and everything but I still enjoyed the book. I will look for her next one to come out.
What an awesome read! Kara Hart continues to thrill and entertain us with every book she writes. This one gives us the story of Helena and Addison--and man do they have chemistry!
The storyline is great; the characters are well developed and easy to identify with; and everything about this book works.

This turned out to be a great love story and was not solely based on instant sex. Addison an ex Navy Seal did several tours and lives his life fully when he comes home. He suffers from PTSD and is reluctant to commit to anyone . Helena leaves the big city to start over after her mom passes. Accidentally runs into Addison while riding her bicycle and as they say the rest is history. I thought however that there were too many bonus books.
Addison is trouble with a capital T as far as Helena is concerned she came to small town USA to teach middle school not get involved with an EX-Navy Seal and town bad boy but Addison is determined to make her see the man he really is. This book is HOT and full of all kinds of surprises the sexual tension between these two could bring down the house so grab it up and love every minute of it I know I did.
